In the morning when I wake up, almost everything you eat, drink, water. For lunch I ate a burrito with rice, beans, cheese and 1 / 2 liter bottle of water w / a glass of orange juice and a bag of Doritos. when I get home I'm like rice, chicken and beans to eat and drink a liter of water. At night I sometimes W 3 bread / milk chocolate. But the other day I feel swollen, why is this so? and it is to eat well, stop, tortillas and bread?
